Description

Medium-flexible sanding belt with diamond grain and strong polyester backing. It is designed for grinding stone, glass, ceramics, fossils, hard metal materials, tungsten carbide, nickel and chromium carbide coatings, heat sprayed wire coatings and plasma flame powder spraying.
All these materials and coatings are very difficult to grind, and diamond grinding belts are the most effective tool for processing their flat, concave and complex 3D shapes.
DBL diamond belts can be used with or without coolant. Coolant grinding increases the life of the sanding belt.
Metal materials can be ground and polished to a high shine with DBL diamond belts.
