Bowl Gouge Long Cut HSSE, GURTOOL

A Bowl Gouge, or also a bowl grater, is a tool with a deep groove developed for transverse turning of wood.
It is ideal for turning various types of containers, bowls and other hollow objects. The line cut can be adjusted according to the operations used, making this tool very versatile. The cavity grater is suitable for large removals and finishing works, it can also be used for longitudinal wood turning. The tool has a typical deep V-shaped profile, thanks to which it has high rigidity. The lathe comes with a sharpened blade, which is protected by a rubber cover.

Notice

Carefully measure the log diameter before making the handle and drilling the insertion hole. The recommended length of insertion into the handle is 60 - 80 mm. The tool diameter may vary slightly in different production runs.
