Spindle Roughing Gouge for large material removal, mainly during spindle turning. It features a robust body with a shallow groove for good chip removal from the material.
It can also be used for machining external surfaces in hollow turning and bowl turning. It is also suitable for finishing work. The lathe comes with a sharpened blade, which is protected by a rubber cover.

Carefully measure the log diameter before making the handle and drilling the insertion hole. The tool diameter may vary slightly in different production runs. The recommended length of insertion into the handle is 80 - 90 mm.
